Consent to Personal Data Processing
This is a courtesy translation. The Russian-language version of this document, available at /ru/legal/consent, is the legally binding one and prevails in case of any discrepancy. Relations between the parties are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
This is the full wording of the consent a visitor gives by ticking the corresponding box in a form on the Website. The box is never pre-ticked and must be ticked by the visitor. The form will not submit without it.
1. Recipient of the consent
This consent is given to Индивидуальный предприниматель Дербенев Сергей Вячеславович, TIN (INN) 525813755846, OGRNIP 326527500120740, address: 603135, Nizhny Novgorod, Lenina Avenue 53 (the Operator).
2. Person giving the consent
The consent is given by the natural person who completed a form on soliton.studio (the Subject), acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest. The Subject confirms being at least eighteen years old and having the legal capacity required to give this consent.
3. Data covered
- name (and company name, if provided);
- telephone number and/or Telegram handle;
- email address, if provided;
- the content of the message submitted through the form;
- the project type selected;
- page URL, date and time of submission, interface language, IP address and technical browser data.
Special categories of personal data and biometric data are neither requested nor processed.
4. Purposes
- reviewing the enquiry and replying using the contact details provided;
- preparing a preliminary estimate of cost and scope of work;
- negotiating, concluding and performing a services agreement;
- complying with the Operator's statutory obligations.
This consent does not extend to receiving marketing messages, which requires separate consent.
5. Operations covered
The Subject consents to the collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, amendment), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction of their personal data. Processing is carried out by mixed means using databases located within the Russian Federation.
6. Disclosure
The Subject consents to the Operator entrusting the processing to the processors engaged for the purposes in section 4: the hosting provider, the web analytics provider and the lead management system. The list and storage territory are set out in section 8 of the Personal Data Processing Policy. No cross-border transfer is carried out on the basis of this consent.
7. Duration
The consent is effective from the day it is given until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than the periods set out in section 7 of the Personal Data Processing Policy, or until the day it is withdrawn.
8. Withdrawal
The consent may be withdrawn at any time by a free-form notice to info@soliton.studio under the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing", or by post to the Operator's address. The Operator ceases processing and destroys the data within thirty days of receipt, save where processing is permitted without consent by law.
9. Confirmations by the Subject
- they have read this consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy;
- the data provided is accurate and relates to them personally;
- where third-party data is provided, they are authorised to pass it to the Operator;
- the purposes, the scope of data and the withdrawal procedure have been explained to them;
- the consent is specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous.
10. Recording the consent
The Operator records and retains the date and time the consent was given, the version of the consent wording shown to the Subject and the URL of the submission page. This is kept for three years after withdrawal or cessation of processing and used solely to demonstrate that the processing was lawful.
