Navrotsky.ru — enterprise development and AI agents
// Goal
Explain an expensive, complex service — building CRM, ERP and B2B platforms around a company's own logic — so that a managing director understands it, not only a technical lead.
// Brief
Design a site that turns abstract automation into measurable money, shows the solution architecture visually, and filters out budgets below the entry threshold.
How we built it
Selling enterprise development runs into a language gap: the contractor talks integrations and API buses, the client counts money. So the problem block opens in the client's language — a zoo of disconnected systems across 1C, CRM and Excel, requests lost between departments, sales that cannot scale, routine eating the team's working time, dependence on the human factor.
Then comes the centrepiece: an ROI calculator. The visitor drags sliders for headcount and average salary and immediately sees annual losses to routine work, the potential saving and the payback period. Abstract automation becomes a concrete figure before the first call with a manager.
The architecture is shown as a single-ecosystem diagram: an API bus at the centre, with 1C, the warehouse, the website, telephony, marketplaces, mobile apps, B2B and chat around it. Beside it sit a system status line and a build version — a detail that speaks to technical readers without extra words.
Stages of delivery
Problems in the client's language
Eight statements of pain — from the system zoo to routine consuming the team's working time — instead of a technology list.
ROI calculator
Sliders for headcount and average salary, calculating annual losses, potential savings and the system's payback period.
Ecosystem diagram
An API bus at the centre with 1C, warehouse, website, telephony, marketplaces, apps, B2B and chat connected to it.
AI agents
A separate thread: agents take on standard tasks and free up the team.
Industries and proof
Industry sections, cases, a blog and an explicit budget threshold from ₽400k that screens out mismatched enquiries.
Two language versions
The full 1920-wide mockup in Russian and English — the company works worldwide and advertises RU/EN interfaces.
Outcome
A seven-screen mockup built around a single persuasion mechanism: pain in the client's language first, then money in the calculator, then architecture and proof. The ₽400k budget threshold sits on the first screen and works as an enquiry filter.
The mockup was drawn in two language versions, Russian and English, with identical structure.
